Fall Creek Falls is a 90-foot, free-falling waterfall in the Sipsey Wilderness area of the Bankhead National Forest near Double Springs, Alabama. From the trailhead at the Sipsey River Picnic Area and parking lot, hikers can take the 2.1-mile total trek to see this waterfall. Be advised, there are a few creek crossings, and it is often recommended to check water levels online (here) before beginning the hike. Anything under 4 feet is considered safe.
