Looking for a cool spot to chill and hangout? Six Tons Falls, sometimes referred to as Kawainui Falls, is a hidden waterfall that cascades right next to Old Mamalahoa Highway in Pepe'ekeo, Hawaii. Known to locals as a popular spot to swim and cool off, this 10-foot, cascading waterfall is easily missed unless you're in the know (now you are!). Presumably, the name comes from the weight limit on the bridge that crosses Kawainui Stream.
