Secret Falls is a 50-foot waterfall in the Nantahala National Forest near Highlands, North Carolina. The hike takes you along a scenic trail that takes a couple small creek crossings. At 0.7 miles in, you'll reach the falls. There is also a lower section that drops about 10 feet.
