Meigs Falls is a 28-foot waterfall tucked down Meigs Creek about 300 feet from the road inside Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Townsend, Tennessee. To see this waterfall, simply park on the side of the road and you can view it from the bridge. However, if you want to get closer, you can get adventurous and climb down the bank and cross the Little River.
Note: Great Smoky Mountains National Park requires a parking pass when parking within the park boundaries for more than 15 minutes. A daily pass can be obtained for $5 or a weekly pass for $15 here.
