Tempesta Falls is a 76-foot, cascading waterfall located inside Tallulah Gorge State Park in Georgia. For the best view of this waterfall, take the 0.4-mile walk from the Interpretive Center parking area to Overlook 7 via the North Rim Trail to the Hurricane Falls Trail to the South Rim Trail. Along this hike, you'll also see Hurricane Falls. These two waterfalls, along with L'Eau d'Or Falls and Oceana Falls, can be seen without a permit by hiking the various trails in the park. However, to see Bridal Veil Falls, hikers will need to score a Gorge Floor permit. Permits are free but limited to 100 per day.
