Mannis Branch Falls is a hidden 30-foot cascade inside Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. A large but inconspicuous pull-off reveals a path leading down to the Little River. Follow the river east and cross just before Mannis Branch. then, hike up Mannis Branch for the best views. You may have to get your feet wet, but if you like solitude, there's a good chance you'll be the only one at the waterfall. From the parking area to the base of the falls and back, it's roughly 0.3 miles.
Note: Great Smoky Mountains National Park requires a parking pass when parking within the park boundaries for more than 15 minutes. A daily pass can be obtained for $5 or a weekly pass for $15 here.
