Wildcat Falls is a 60-foot sliding waterfall in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest. A short 1.5-mile trek through the woods from NC-215 will take you to see this majestic waterfall. During this hike you will also pass Split Falls. There are a couple of dispersed camping spots near the waterfall as well. Be careful hiking this hike if it's rained recently, as the trail will quickly become a stream. The hikes to Little Wildcat Falls and Lower and Middle Wildcat Falls are separate journeys.
